<description>I have a private practice in rural Central Illinois, and have been wondering about moving into telehealth for psychotherapy services to people who are isolated or far away. I was concerned to see the post about Skype not being secure - do others have any thoughts/advice about this? For my area, for the vast majority of my clients and potential clients, anything I offer must be _very_ user-friendly. Thanks and best regards,
